From these 17 category winners, the Media Voices team read them all and chose an overall winning newsletter. So many of the newsletters had exceptional elements which easily made them deserving of the title. However, one newsletter really stood out, maintaining quality on a frequent publishing schedule, keeping a close eye on reader engagement, and achieving consistently high scores from the judges.

To finish, we had a surprise new category! We saw some consistently excellent work coming across verticals from some publishers that we wanted to celebrate. This particular publisher had pretty much all their entries placed in the top 3 of each category they entered, a testament to the consistent high quality they maintain across their whole portfolio.
