We welcome entries from all over the world as we believe newsletters should be celebrated globally, but for the purposes of judging, we can only accept English-language newsletters. Please be aware for overseas entries that the awards ceremony will be held in London in June 2025.
Entries close on April 4th 2025.

Judging:
Once entries have closed and judging is complete, a shortlist will be announced in late April 2025. The shortlist will be judged by leading media and publishing figures from around the world to determine a winner for each category. A full list of judges can be seen on our website. The exception to this is the ‘Publisher Newsletter of the Year’ category, which will be chosen from among the winners of other categories by the Media Voices team and announced on the night.
About the event:
The Publisher Newsletter Awards will take place on June 10th 2025 in London following the Publisher Newsletter and Print Summits. Tickets for both are on sale on our sister website.
The event will be open to everyone, and we’d love you to join us to celebrate the best publisher newsletters, whether shortlisted or not. If you can't attend, that will in no way affect your entry, which is judged by an independent panel of experts. We won't swap out a winner just because they couldn't make it.

For the first time this year, we've had to introduce entry fees to cover the cost of necessary Award software which helps the process flow smoothly. Should you have any issues meeting the costs, please drop us a line .
1 entry: £29.99
