Before you start:

To be considered for any of the below categories, please note that the following criteria must be met first.

The newsletter:

  • Must be from a publisher* that releases content regularly and primarily in at least one other medium - print or online.
  • Must have published a newsletter between March 2025 and April 2026.

We welcome entries from all over the world as we believe newsletters should be celebrated globally, but for the purposes of judging, we can only accept English-language newsletters.

Please be aware for overseas entries that the awards ceremony will be held in London in July 2026.

Entries close on April 24th 2026.

*B2B or B2C organisation of any size whose primary purpose is to publish editorial content to an audience across print or online. Unfortunately, we cannot accept entries from blogs or companies whose primary business is not publishing at this time. Please drop us a line if you're unsure about qualification criteria.

Entry fees

We charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of our Awards management software. Your first entry will cost £29.99, with subsequent entries costing £10.

The discount is applied on an account basis, so as long as you're logged in with the same email address, you can submit entries in multiple batches and the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Judging:

Once entries have closed and judging is complete, a shortlist will be announced in May 2026. The shortlist will be judged by leading media and publishing figures from around the world to determine a winner for each category. A full list of judges can be seen on our website. The exception to this is the ‘Publisher Newsletter of the Year’ and 'Newsletter Publisher of the Year' category, which will be chosen from among the winners of other categories by the Media Voices team and announced on the night.

About the event:

The event itself will take place on July 8th 2026 in London following the Publisher Summit. Tickets are on sale here on our sister site.

The event will be open to everyone, and we’d love you to join us to celebrate the best publisher newsletters, whether shortlisted or not. If you can't attend, that will in no way affect your entry, which is judged by an independent panel of experts. We won't swap out a winner just because they couldn't make it.
